Welcome back to the craft room and today’s Flashback Friday Copic Hair Color post. While I still don’t own any stamps that feature hair, it was fun to test color combinations on these hair and face charts—since those same combos can come in handy in other projects too. That’s exactly what I set out to do back in October 2014, and even with my then-limited marker palette, I ended up loving some of the blends I discovered.
Copic Hair Color
It’s been a while since I’ve paid attention to my blog, and for that—I’m truly sorry. Work has been absolutely hectic, and by the time I get home, I’m completely wiped out!
One thing I did find time to explore was coloring hair with my Copic markers. My collection still has plenty of gaps, but thanks to a little help from the internet and some trial and error, I pulled together a few color combinations that really worked. My technique still has room to grow, but overall I’m really happy with how things are turning out.

Thank you for joining me for today’s Flashback Friday Copic Hair Color post. In the original 2014 version, I shared links to the head-shot images I used for coloring practice. While those links are no longer active, I did find a great alternative for you over at Paper Next Dolls.
If you enjoy experimenting with Copic hair color combos, do you have a favorite go-to blend? I’d love to hear what markers you reach for most—share your favorites in the comments!
