StampTV Inspiration Challenge
This week’s inspiration comes from the cover of Brides Magazine. We can draw from any element—colors, layout, or design—that ignites our creative spark. Consequently, this open-ended approach allows for endless possibilities, making it a fantastic challenge for crafters of all levels.
Here’s my card for the inspiration challenge:
The vibrant colors and gradation on the magazine cover truly inspired me, so I created a lively birthday card for my great-nephew. Meanwhile, I’ve been diving into my paper stash for recent projects, and this card is no exception. The pinwheel, for instance, was crafted using paper from a mat pack, while the gradation paper comes from Illuminations by Michelle Anderson’s Pathways collection. Furthermore, I used my trusty Eazy Punch, a tool I’ve cherished since my early scrapbooking days, to punch out the letters for a personalized touch.

From the start, I envisioned a birthday card, and I’m thrilled with the final result. The magazine cover’s bold colors guided my choices, resulting in a vibrant and joyful design.
